The pictures to the left illustrate a custom-made descaling header. Special Mini-Scalemaster descaling nozzles are positioned to completely descale all four sides, the leading edge and trailing edge. The two inlets to the header are located at the bottom and a total of 18 spray nozzles are used. This compact approach to descaling header design will help minimize the descaling box that will eventually surround it.
Our meticulous approach is ideal whether you are re-doing an entire process line (spray nozzles, headers, feed lines and pumps) or just want to optimize the use of your current resources.
