Following is a description and picture of six standard oscillators used with our showers. You can replace your existing oscillators with ours to take advantage of our features even if you aren't using our spray headers. Please send us an inquiry with your needs.
![]() | 10.200 E This robust and reliable oscillator features an electromechanical crank drive where the rotary action of a worm-geared motor is transformed into an oscillating movement by a sliding block and axial guide rail. The drive motor is flanged onto the side of the oscillator housing and is almost totally enclosed. Sinusoidal movement does not allow for speed adjustment.
![]() | 10.591 S This oil-hydraulic oscillator, with tilting and swiveling joint, provides smooth linear movement with instantaneous reversal at the end positions that is suitable for controlled cleaning at very slow speeds. A micro-flow control valve provides infinitely adjustable stroke speed and linear movement.
![]() | 10.170 S This pneumatic oscillator includes a tilting and swiveling joint and a compressed air maintenance unit. The unit features instantaneous reversal at the end positions accomplished by the use of a double acting pneumatic cylinder and a directly operated pneumatic switchover valve eliminating zero speed delay. The 10.170 S features infinitely adjustable stroke speed and linear movement.
![]() | 10.510 LSE R This electromechanical oscillator provides oscillation by the transformation of the rotary movement of a threaded ball spindle into a uniform stroke movement. Its instantaneous reversing action at the switchover points eliminate standstill and prevent uneven wear. User can choose constant or infinitely variable speed.
![]() | 10.691 S This oil-hydraulic oscillator, incorporates an electronic oil flow-control valve for automatic adjustment of the stroke speed in synchronicity with the paper machine. Computer controls provide infinitely adjustable stroke and speed, staggering reverse points, and fast return option.
![]() | 10.510 EC This electromechanical oscillator provides synchronized, controlled cleaning of wires, felts, and rolls. Computer controls allow automatic adjustment of the stroke speed to the paper machine speed. Stroke length, reverse point staggering, and fast return are controlled and monitored with simple programming via a supplied control panel.
