Hydra-CellTM Pump Models:
F-20 & F-22 Series for flow rates from 0.36 GPH to 60 GPH at discharge pressures of 50 to 2500 PSI

The F20 series Hydra-Cell Pump has one diaphragm and is usually used for injection and metering applications. Its' unique features allow it to reliably meter tough fluids such as slurries and fluids that are viscous, non-lubricating, non-Newtonian, ultra-pure or shear sensitive. The sealless design of the Hydra-Cell pump is also ideal for pumping a wide variety of corrosive fluids. F20 pumps can be installed close-coupled to standard 56C frame motors or supplied with various flange mounts for alternate drives.
F20's have a free passage size of 0.016 inches (40 mesh) and can be run dry without causing damage to the pump. These compact metering pumps are available with brass, stainless steel, Hastelloy, PVDF and polypropylene pumping chambers. Standard diaphragm materials include EPDM, Vition-XT, Teflon, Neoprene and Buna-N-XS. Besides a motor, other accessories required include pressure regulating valves and pressure gauges.
M-03 & D-03 Series for flow rates from 0.05 GPM to 3 GPM at discharge pressures of 50 to 2500 PSI

The M03 series Hydra-Cell Pump has three diaphragms and is usually used for metering or pressure washing applications. M03's come with extra inlets and outlets for customizing their performance. For example, we could supply the M03 pump with one pumping chamber isolated from the other two, each having their own inlets and outlets - creating a 2:1 ratio metering pump! These pumps can be installed close-coupled to standard 56C frame motors or supplied with various flange mounts for alternate drives.
M03's have a free passage size of 0.016 inches (40 mesh) and can be run dry without causing damage to the pump. These compact pumps are available with brass, stainless steel, Hastelloy, PVDF and polypropylene pumping chambers. D10 Series for flow rates from 0.5 GPM to 8 GPM at discharge pressures of 50 to 1000 PSI

The D10 series Hydra-Cell Pump has three diaphragms and is used for many different types of applications - usually involving recycled fluids. Any application that would benefit from an extremely reliable, sealless, positive displacement pump is a good application for a D10! These pumps can be installed close-coupled to standard 56C frame motors or supplied with various flange mounts for alternate drives.
D10's have a free passage size of 0.031 inches (20 mesh) and can be run dry without causing damage to the pump. These compact, efficient pumps are available with brass, cast iron, stainless steel, Hastelloy, PVDF and polypropylene pumping chambers. Standard diaphragm materials include EPDM, Vition-XT, Teflon, Neoprene and Buna-N-XS. D12 Series for flow rates from 0.5 GPM to 8 GPM at discharge pressures of 50 to 1000 PSI 
The D12 series Hydra-Cell Pump has three diaphragms and is basically a vertical version of the D10 pump described above. Designed originally to replace vertical multistage centrifugal pumps for pumping machine tool coolant at higher pressures, D12's can be used for many different types of applications. Use D12's for any application that would benefit from an extremely reliable, sealless, positive displacement pump! These pumps have built-in adapter plates that bolt to your motor and positively align the pump and motor shafts.
D12's have a free passage size of 0.031 inches (20 mesh) and can be run dry without causing damage to the pump. These compact, efficient pumps are available with brass, cast iron, stainless steel, Hastelloy, PVDF and polypropylene pumping chambers. Standard diaphragm materials include EPDM, Vition-XT, Teflon, Neoprene and Buna-N-XS. H25 Series for flow rates from 1.2 GPM to 20 GPM at discharge pressures of 50 to 1000 PSI

The H25 series Hydra-Cell Pump has three diaphragms and is usually used for flow rates that fall between 8 and 20 GPM. H25's are especially good for handling reclaimed fluids that contain a high percentage of solids. These pumps are usually mounted on bases and flex-coupled to various motor designs.
H25's have a free passage size of 0.063 inches (12 mesh, 1/16") and can be run dry without causing damage to the pump. These efficient pumps are available with brass, cast iron, stainless steel, Hastelloy, PVDF and polypropylene pumping chambers. D35 Series for flow rates from 3 GPM to 37 GPM at discharge pressures of 50 to 1200 PSI

The D35 series Hydra-Cell Pump has five diaphragms and is usually used for flow rates that fall between 20 and 37 GPM. The special inlet chamber found on D35's is designed to reduce turbulence through the pump, providing a very smooth and pulse-free flow rates. These pumps are usually mounted on bases and flex-coupled to various motor designs.
D35's have a free passage size of 0.063 inches (12 mesh, 1/16") and can be run dry without causing damage to the pump. These efficient pumps are available with brass, cast iron, stainless steel, Hastelloy and Celcon pumping chambers. Standard diaphragm materials include EPDM, Vition-XT, Teflon, Neoprene and Buna-N-XS. Besides a motor, other accessories required include pressure regulating valves and pressure gauges.
D40 Series for flow rates from 5 GPM to 38 GPM at discharge pressures of 50 to 1200 PSI

The D40 series is the largest of all the Hydra-Cell Pumps and has three diaphragms. D40's are used if more than 37 GPM is required or if the fluid being pumped benefits from the longer stroke and free passage size that this pump provides. These pumps are usually mounted on bases and flex-coupled to various motor designs.
D40's have a free passage size of 0.125 inches (1/8") and can be run dry without causing damage to the pump. These efficient pumps are available with cast iron and stainless steel pumping chambers. Standard diaphragm materials include EPDM, Vition-XT, Teflon, Neoprene and Buna-N-XS. Besides a motor, other accessories required include pressure regulating valves and pressure gauges.
