We work with OEMs and End-Users to optimize their entire continuous casting system.  This includes determining the spray characteristics required and working back to specifying hte plumbing and pumping system design required.  We take into account the Leidenfrost Phenomenon when specifying casting nozzles and our spray nozzle catalog describes favorable characteristics of several different types of nozzles as well as Heat Transfer, Foot Roller and Bending/Straightening applications.
