ACCU-Clean
The ACCU-Clean is designed to handle medium-sized applications with rigorous cleaning requirements at an economical price. In doing so, it fills the gap between large gear-driven units and free-spinning models while combining the best facets of these two washers. Its features include: Limited water usage Easily replaceable wear parts Operation at pressures from 20 to 140 PSI Slow and even rotation |
The new ACCU-Clean contains an internal turbine and a simple gear train. This positive drive mechanism provides slow and steady rotation of the head to maximize cleaning power and effectiveness. With only three moving parts held in place by sophisticated plastic bearings, the drive train has a simpler design than that of larger gear-driven units. Since the ACCU-Clean does not use reaction force like free-spinning models, greater fluid pressure can be applied to it when higher impact is required. Its' size is between that of the large gear-driven unit and smaller free-spinning washers.
Benefits:
The controlled rotation provides effective operation even at fluid pressures over 100 PSI. Thus the ACCU-Clean can supply impact power similar to a static cleaner while providing the washing efficiency of a rotating model.
Slow rotation allows the spray to dwell longer at each point of its target compared to the more frequent, quick bursts of free spinning models. This maximizes the effects of the washing impact.
The ACCU-Clean has a lower flow rate than larger gear-driven units and even less than some free spinning models. This is especially important if you're using chemical cleaning agents instead of just water.
The simple design allows easy replacement of the wear parts for a prolonged service life.
With features like the large gear-driven units, the ACCU-Clean is priced more comparably to the free-spinning models.

Keeping with the tradition of satisfying your requirements, we will modify their standard nozzle designs, supply them as part of a manifold/lance system and even provide you with the rest of the fluid package (complete with controls), depending upon your requirements. Most of the time a quick call or fax to our office will get you pointed in the right direction. You can also fill out our tank washing questionnaire on-line. We may be able to provide you with samples for non-destructive testing & evaluation. Large tank cleaning machines can be leased for long trials or infrequent applications
Our latest Spray Nozzle Engineering Manual has several pages dedicated to tank and vessel washing nozzles. Their brochure describes most of the nozzles used for CIP systems, plus technical information on nozzle selection and performance. Click here to view an excellent paper describing the pro's and con's of various vessel washing nozzles.
